This is a wellness networking group for the practitioners, entrepreneurs + business owners who help people heal mentally, physically, emotionally, and/or spiritually.

Whole Body Healing Wellness Networking is borne of a desire to bring together all the wellness professionals I've met along my healing journey so we can be each others' resources to release trauma + relearn a life of ease.

What you’ll get from coming…
light snacks
learn about kava + kratom
enjoy high vibrational connections
an atmosphere of collaboration over competition

Feel free to invite others you think are interested.

Please RSVP here

Agenda: We'll start at 7p with some light snacks + brief networking. At 7:30p our speakers will share about their experiences + expertise on emotional and mental health. Then around 8:30p, we'll transition into more networking - stay as long as you like.

Featured speakers

Rut Elisa, LSW, Holistic Trauma Coach & Author

Rut brings more than 24 years of mental health experience where she helps her clients heal from and release emotional trauma trapped in their bodies. She focuses on showing clients how to:

  • understand their trauma;

  • start the inner work to heal themselves; and

  • develop self-regulation skills.

Her business, Metamorphosis Escuela de Vida, was born out of Rut's personal difficulties and struggles with anxiety, ADHD, and poor social skills. As a result, she became physically ill from her addiction to cortisol and chronic stress. Soon, she realized that the root of her conditions was emotional trauma! Drawing from her research on trauma bonding, the polyvagal theory, the 5 Wounds of the Soul, Carl Jung, and Dr. Joe Dispenza she authored Codigos del Ser: Aprende a sanar el trauma desde la perspectiva holistica y espiritual [Codes of Being: Learn to heal trauma from a holistic and spiritual perspective]

Alexis Albro, Trauma-Informed Coach

Specializing in ending violence against women, Alexis is known for her compassion and ability to hold a trauma-informed space for those who have been impacted by adverse life experiences. She offers 1:1 coaching, group coaching, workshops, and keynotes for both corporations and non-profit organizations. Alexis' mission as a Trauma-Informed Coach is to help survivors build a sustainable life after trauma and she strives to one day create a more healed and less hurt world.

Alexis is the Founder of Survivor Rising, an ICF Certified Trauma-Informed Coach, Speaker, and Advocate.

About the location

Sacred Waters Kava Bar in Lakewood has graciously offered to host us. If you're new to kava, enjoy your first shell FREE! Originating in the South Pacific Islands, kava has been used for ceremonies, celebrations as well as its medicinal properties for 3,000 years. The root of the kava plant is ground, brewed and consumed as a cold tea. It has a relaxing, euphoric and socially stimulating effect. In some cultures, kava is consumed the same way alcohol is in the US.

Sacred Waters aims to create an environment that is conducive to cultivating meaningful friendships, creative refinement and self-discovery while bonding over powerful plant allies.
